PROCESSING TIMES

Note that all orders may include a 7-10 day processing time. Because these are handmade products and I do not always carry a large inventory on hand, I may need to make some items when I receive an order. If my processing times will vary significantly from this, I will put a notification on the individual item page, however a 7-10 day turnaround time is the goal. In some cases, your item may ship within a couple days, but I can't guarantee that will always be the case.

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped via USPS. Items weighing over 1 lb will ship via USPS Priority; smaller items weighing under 1 lb will usually ship via USPS First Class. You will receive notification and a tracking number when your order ships.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
