Made of solid walnut. Measures approximately 9-3/4" wide, with a height of 3-1/4". Front side features numbering and an avocado logo. Individual avocado pockets will accommodate most sizes and shapes of Hass and Hass-esque avocado varieties. Note this holder will not work well for larger Florida-style avocados.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
This holder is finished with a food-safe blend of mineral oil and beeswax. If necessary it can be lightly hand-washed and should be dried immediately after. As with cutting boards, the finish can be maintained over time with any of the many available cutting board oil blends/conditioners.
