CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
This tray is finished with a food-safe blend of mineral oil and beeswax. If necessary it can be lightly hand-washed and should be dried immediately after. As with cutting boards, the finish can be maintained over time with any of the many available cutting board oil blends/conditioners.
